1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water
½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries or your favorite jelly flavor (Strawberry is mine)
1 tbsp. all-natural peanut butter or PB2
For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
If you would rather substiture the water for milk feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, rice, or coconut milk)—the more milk, the creamier it gets!
