Pecan Crusted Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients: 

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup pecans
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 tbsp water


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, paprika, basil, garlic powder and salt in a food processor; blend until well-mixed then transfer to a dish || 
  2. Whisk egg white and water in a another dish || 
  3. Dredge chicken into egg white mixture, then pecan mixture, shake off excess and then place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper ||
  4.  Bake at 400F for 15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes || 
  5. Serve with your fave dipping sauce.
