Parmesean Lemon Chicken



Ingredients:


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 
  • Lemon Pepper marinade
  • Shake and Bake Parmesean


Directions:


  1. Defrost chicken breasts
  2. Place chicken in the shake & bake bag and mix it up. Dash the lemon marinade over the chicken.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit in the fridge for about an hour. 
  4. Take out of the fridge, uncover and bake at 350° for an hour or til done. 
  5. Cook brown rice according to the instructions on the box. Prepare a vegetable of your choice. 
  6. Place one serving of rice on a plate and top it with chicken. Serve with a veggie.
  7. Eat & enjoy!
