Over Halloween weekend I tried out this recipe as a fun dessert before going trick or treating. This recipe turned out to be such a hit with my friends that it was all gone.
Ingredients
1 cool whip
2 boxes vanilla pudding
1 tsp pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nutmeg
1 can pumpkin
Vanilla waters or graham crackers
Directions
Defrost cool whip for four hours
Combine pudding, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cool whip in a medium sized bowl.
Stir together and combine all ingredients
Refrigerate till you are ready to eat.
Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
