So tonight was the first spaghetti night of Autumn and so I tried out this recipe and the meatballs were delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt (I skipped this)
- 1 lb beef OR whatever form of meat you would like to use
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 3/4 dried oregano
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup garlic breadcrumbs (I used panko instead of breadcrumbs)
- 1/4 cup cheese
Make sure meat is defrosted, once it defrosted combine all ingredients and mix together to blend the spices with the meat
Roll meatballs into the size you like (I would recommend making them medium sized)--the smaller meatballs got smaller upon baking
Bake at 350 degrees until brown--The meat cooks faster if the oven is preheated--be sure to keep an eye on the oven to ensure that the meatballs do not burn.
