Yesterday was the National Wake-Up Call & the creator of the 21 Day Fix/Extreme was on the call. Autumn gave us a look into what the difference is between Extreme and the original Fix. I will be breaking down the most important facts you need to know to make the decision on which program is for you. The 21 Day Fix Extreme is for those who exercise already, or have tried an Extreme workout (P90, T25, Insanity) OR if you have completed the 21 Day Fix. To do this program you must be ready to go ALL IN for 21 days with no excuses.
Weights or resistance bands are included in ALL workouts, except for yoga. The program has a modifier that can show you how to modify the intensity to make this program work for you.
This is a RESULT DRIVEN program that can help transform your body in 21 days.
The Extreme meal plan will be changing from the original 21 Day Fix which means there are NO CHEATS!! No wine, no chocolate...you are trading these things to get the results you want in 21 days.
The meal plan will offer cleaner eating choices & the foods will be removed from the original Fix that are not allowed with this program. There are also new additions to this new program as far as food choices & we get new recipes to try out as well. The picture below is one example of a new recipe.

- The original 21 Day Fix comes with the fitness program, the portion containers, and nutrition guide, but is less intense. It is your on start to getting active to help you get results in 21 days.
- You are allowed to have chocolate and have wine with this program. The nutrition options are the original options compared to Extreme. The foods are listed in order of hierarchy. The foods at the top of each list are the best foods that you can eat while on this program. The food at the bottom of the list are OCCASIONAL choices.
- Food prep is still ESSENTIAL in this program to ensure that you get results and so you are not tempted to eat out.
