In my final week of this round of the 21 Day Fix I lost four lbs and dropped 17 sizes all over. Last week I gained inches & weight which made me determined to go at it this week with all I had. This week I had a clean eating challenge, and worked out with the 21 Day Fix.
My goal next week as I start a new round of the 21 Day Fix is to lose the other two lbs remaining from last week and to push myself a little harder than I did this week. I will also be working on maintaining what I learned in the clean eating challenge for the remainder of this challenge until I begin the Extreme program.
