Beachbody Coach Compensation

Have you thought about being a Beachbody coach? Have you wondered what the compensation plan is like for coaches? Or maybe you would like to know how Beachbody coaches earn money? Or maybe you want to know how it is possible to earn the large salary that some coaches are making. If you have questions about the Beachbody coaching compensation plan I will explaining it and breaking it down in this post.

There are two parts to the Beachbody compensation plan. The first is retail sales, a coach earns 25% commission on any retail sales that they make.

Example: if a Beachbody coach sells a program that is $120, the coach will earn 25% commission which would be around $30. If a coach sells (5) P90X programs in a week, the coach would make $150 for the week. (5 x $30=$150)

Example: Shakeology's retail sale is $120, so the 25% commission is $30. When a customer orders Shakeology the following month, the coach will earn another $30 commission. Shakeology is a product that can make a Beachbody coach a lot of money because it is a consumable product, which means the customer uses it up, and reorders once consumed.

One of the great things about the Beachbody commission is that there are no quotas to meet in order to be able to qualify to receive commissions on retail sales. A coach will ALWAYS earn a 25% commission on any sales that they make.

Beachbody Coach Compensation Plan for Team Cycle Bonuses

The second part to the Beachbody coach compensation plan, which is team cycle bonuses. Beachbody uses a binary compensation plan. What this means is that a coach has two legs that they build wide and deep. (see the example below)

When you hear about a coach that makes a huge salary each month, it is because they have built a large organization that is producing a lot of team volume. Team volume is created by anyone within your organization, it doesn't matter if youpersonally sponsored them or not.
In order to qualify for team cycle bonuses, a coach has to be an Emerald or above in rank. In order to be a coach, a coach must sponsor two other active coaches. One coach on the right and left leg.

A Beachbody coach will earn a cycle bonus, anytime there is 300 TV (team volume) points in their organization, with 200 being on one leg, and 100 being on the other. Depending on the rank of the coach, a cycle bonus is worth $14 for an Emerald coach, $16 for a Ruby coach, and $18 for a Diamond coach. It is possible to earn cycles numerous times a day, in which case the cycle bonuses start to add up.

In the picture above, an Emerald coach has a total 740 team volume points, 540 TV in the left leg, and 200 TV in the right leg, so in this case, the Emerald coach would earn two cycle bonuses $14 each, or $28 total. All unused team volume stays and will accumulate until the coach is able to earn a cycle bonus on it.
A coach is able to build an organization that can go down to infinite levels, there is no max to the amount of people a coach can have on their team. However, there is a weekly maximum a coach can earn in cycle bonuses, and the maximum amount depends on the coach's rank. Below are the weekly maximums for each rank of coaching.

Emerald: $250/week
Ruby: $1,000/week
Diamond: $2,000 week

1 Star Diamond: $3,000/week
2 Star Diamond: $4,000/week
3 Star Diamond: $5,000/week
4 Star Diamond: $6,000/week
5 Star Diamond: $7,000/week

6 Star Diamond: $8,000/week
7 Star Diamond: $9,000/week
8 Star Diamond: $10,000/week
9 Star Diamond: $11,000/week
10 Star Diamond: $12,000/week

The numbers listed above are per business center. When a coach advances in rank, at certain levels they are allowed to open a new business center. When a coach reaches a 2 Star Diamond, they are allowed to open a new business center and place it anywhere they want in their organization. The new business center has its own weekly maximum limits on cycling bonuses. In total, a coach is allowed to have 25 business centers, all maxing out the compensation plan at $12,000 a week. This is about $300,000/week, or $15,600,000 a year.

If you are curious about how rankings work, below is a chart that explains how Beachbody coaches advance in rank:

The chart above shows the rank level up to Diamond rank. After a Diamond it is possible to go up to a 1 Star Diamond, all the way to a 15 Star Diamond. A Diamond coach becomes a 1 Star Diamond coach when one of their personally sponsored coaches reaches the rank of Diamond. And a 1 Star Diamond coach becomes a 2 Star Diamond coach when a total of 2 of their personally sponsored coaches reach Diamond. 15 Star Diamond us the highest rank a coach can achieve.

As a brand new Coach, it is important for you to know that a majority of the money you will earn will come from your retail sales. As you grow a team, your team bonus cycle will start out slow and slowly grow as your team grows. As you bring in new coaches, and your new coaches start to bring in their own coaches, and so on things will start to snowball and grow pretty fast. The key is to be able to endure the struggle is takes to grow a team in the beginning.
