Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets



Ingredients:
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into even bite size pieces
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp panko
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
  • olive oil spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Put the olive oil in one bowl and the panko and parmesean cheese in another
Season chicken, then put int the bowl with the olive oil and make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the oil.
Cover with breadcrumbs, place on baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes
Turn nuggets over and bake for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
