Chicken Salad Wrap with Spinach, Arugula, Avocado, & Tomato


This weekend I was browsing for some new recipe ideas and came across this. It is super simple to make and it absolutely delicious, & the best part it is 21 DFX approved. 

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
2 green onions, minced
1 avocado, pitted and chopped
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
tortillas

Directions: 

place the chicken, tomatoes, celery, green onions, and avocado in a medium bowl. Add the mayonaise, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Gently mix until ingredients are combined.
Line tortilla with lettuce leaves (I used organic spinach and arugula). Top with chicken salad mixture. Roll up like a burrito and serve.
