Grilled Asparagus with Lemon & Garlic
- 1 lb asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Trim asparagus
- In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, zest & paprika, stir with a fork.
- Lay asparagus side by side brush with oil mixture
- Cook to desired tenderness & season with salt & pepper
- 8 min or until tender--I broiled mine but you can also place them on the grill.
