Benefits of Health & Wellness



Interesting findings from this weeks class:



  1. 18% of America's kids are now obese
  2. Type 2 diabetes now strikes about 3,700 children per year
  3. In November 2008, the American Heart Association, through ultrasounds of overweight kids ages 6-19 with high cholesterol, found a build up of plaque comparable to that in a typical 45 year old. 


I don't know about you but these facts are scary and they need to be changed. This makes my job as a life coach even more important and has the ability to change the lives of so many. This is why I do what I do.
