Chocolate Covered Kiwi Popsicles






Ingredients:

  • 6 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks


Directions:

  1. Peel the kiwi & slice into rounds
  2. Place either a lollipop stick or popsicle into the fruit
  3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for 1 min 30 sec 
  4. Stir the mixture & dip kiwi pops into the chocolate mixture
  5. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper 
  6. Freeze for an hour to 48 hours
  7. Take out and ENJOY!
