Ingredients:
- 6 2 kiwis
- 1 cup dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks
Directions:
- Peel the kiwi & slice into rounds
- Place either a lollipop stick or popsicle into the fruit
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for 1 min 30 sec
- Stir the mixture & dip kiwi pops into the chocolate mixture
- Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- Freeze for an hour to 48 hours
- Take out and ENJOY!
