Over the weekend I decided to join the local gym in my area. It is nice to be able to do home workouts but I also want to be able to workout in different ways. I am looking into starting aqua aerobics in May combined with the 21 Day Fix Memorial Day challenge. The goal at the gym yesterday was to get 30 minutes in on the bike just to get started and I was blown away by what I accomplished. Never put limits on what you can do in 30 minutes, sometimes you can do a lot more than you think you can.
