The initial plan was to make Ground Sirloin Sliders, but I have been shifting away from eating a lot of beef and going towards leaner and healthier choices. So instead of Sirloin Sliders I settled for a delicious turkey burger that was made similar to that of the sirloin slider. The burgers were delicious.
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15-30 per side
Serves:4
Ingredients:
- turkey burger patties
- hamburger buns
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- black pepper to taste
- cooking spray
- 4 slices of cheese
- OPTIONAL: 1 tbsp hot sauce
- OPTIONAL: garlic powder, crushed red pepper, italian seasoning, and parsley
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
- Place burgers on to the foil and add the seasonings and ingredients
- Place burgers in the oven and cook until done
- Flip the burgers and continue to cook
- Place on a bun and serve with your favorite sides OR you can try a few of my favorites
