With Summer preparing to come to an end and Autumn weather prepares to come in. It is the perfect time to find some yummy Autumn recipes that are healthy yet help with reaching our goals. My goal for this challenge is to add foods that we enjoy eating in the Fall to this challenge. Who says you can't eat the foods you like and still reach your goals?
