Ingredients:
- Spinach
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Italian cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Saute garlic and onion powder in 3 tbsp butter. Mix in spinach and cook on low covered for about 5 minutes.
- In a pot mix 1 tbsp butter with the heavy cream and Italian cheese. Cook on medium heat until the cheese is melted. Whisk until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste
- Add the cheese sauce to the spinach and combine
- Serve & ENJOY!
