Ingredients:
- 2 packages Johnsonville sausage links
- 1 package refrigerated Simply Potatoes Hashbrowns
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Cook sausage according to package directions; cut into 1/4 inch slices; set aside.
- Combine green onions, red pepper, & cilantro; set aside. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the hash browns, sausage, green onion mixture & cheese into crockpot. Repeat layers twice.
- In a bowl beat the eggs, milk, salt & pepper; pour over layered ingredients.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours
