Ingredients:
- 6 oz. Green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 tap extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp finely grated lemon peel
Directions:
- Place green beans and water in a saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil; cook, covered, for 3-4 minutes, or until tender or crisp. Remove from heat & drain.
- Combine green beans, oil, lemon juice, and lemon peel in a small bowl, mix well. Sprinkle with salt & pepper if needed.
