- 8 chicken breasts
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp corn starch
Directions:
- Spray pan with cooking spray
- Combine pineapple, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, & cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly with a whisk and remove from heat.
- Place chicken in the pan and add sauce over the top. Cook til cooked through in the oven at 350°. I topped mine with sesame seeds & cilantro for a little flavor.
Served with Knorr chicken fried rice & Tropical Fruit Salad
