Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 bananas mashed
2 tsps baking powder
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
OPTIONAL: flax and chia seeds
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine all your dry ingredients and combine by stirring.
In a large bowl add the egg, milk, butter, banana and beat with a mixer til combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix and combine.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and place 1/4 cup mixture in the frying pan and cook on medium high heat until golden brown, flip and cook on the other side.
Serve warm, top with bananas, nuts, or warm syrup. The perfect side for this recipe is turkey sausage.
