Ingredients:
- 11/2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 oz of canned Carnation Evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter/margarine
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 11/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tap vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions:
- Line a brownies pan with wax paper
- Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat and stirring occasionally. Boil, stir constantly 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows until melted. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate for two hours or until firm. Lift from pan and cut into pieces.
