Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
- Seasonings:
- Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, tumeric, curry powder. (You can use any seasonings that you like to season the chicken.)
Directions:
- Defrost the chicken breasts, season the chicken breasts to your liking.
- Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and place the seasoned chicken breasts into the dish.
- Bake the chicken in the oven at 350° til the chicken is cooked, approximately 30 minutes
- Gently cut the chicken to make an opening to stuff the chicken with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Take out & SERVE!!!
