Ham, Egg, & Cheese Casserole

I had some leftover ham that needed to be used so I decided to check Pinterest out for some ideas. So if you are having ham for Easter & have leftovers this is a recipe to try out for sure.


Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cooked ham, sliced
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 2 pieces of bread


Directions:

  1. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Add ham and crushed bread to the dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, combine milk, salt & pepper to taste. 
  3. Pour over the bread & ham mixture
  4. Bake at 375° for at least 40 minutes or until cooked on the inside.
