Chicken Teriyaki

A light chicken recipe that is perfect for Summer. Chicken teriyaki paired with a tropical fruit salad. Thank you Cooking Light for making my night with these amazing recipes.


Ingredients:


  • 8 chicken breasts
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp corn starch


Directions:


  1. Spray pan with cooking spray
  2. Combine pineapple, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, & cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly with a whisk and remove from heat.
  3. Place chicken in the pan and add sauce over the top. Cook til cooked through in the oven at 350°. I topped mine with sesame seeds & cilantro for a little flavor.


Served with Knorr chicken fried rice & Tropical Fruit Salad
