SERVES:4
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and red pepper flakes and allow the spice to infuse for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, spread it out so that it cooks evenly. Cook for a minute and flip as needed.
- Add the garlic, lemon juice to the skillet and cook for a minute.
- Add 1/2 of the parsley along with the cubes of butter and swirl the butter around the pan til it melts slowly. As the butter melts it will start to thicken and form a sauce. Add the remaining parsley and stir to combine the ingredients.
- The shrimp should be cooked until opaque and cooked through.
