Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Need a simple dinner for the weekend or after work. This is a MUST try recipe!!! I made this tonight and my friends enjoyed it. We altered the original recipe to add some veggies and add flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 box of chicken stuffing

OPTIONAL: 1 stalk of celery, chopped, 1/2 yellow onion, diced, peas


Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch slices and add them to the baking dish
Season with spices, in a bowl add the milk and the cream of chicken soup and whisk the soup and milk mixture together. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Open the stuffing and sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top of the chicken soup mixture
Pour the can of chicken broth into the mixture
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes at 350°
Let it sit for 10 minutes to set and SERVE!!
