πŸ”Burger Night πŸ”

Nothing is better than a delicious healthy burger πŸ” and tonight we had just that. The burger has a great taste especially with the chipotle mayo that can be added on the top of the burger. I also paired this dinner with homemade green bean fries. 🍟 Hope you all enjoy this one 😊

What you will need:

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 lbs ground hamburger meat
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning, all purpose seasoning, black pepper, kosher salt

Chipotle mayo:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic and onion powder

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl add the meat, beans, spices, peppers and onion to the bowl. Add in the breadcrumbs and egg and stir to combine.
Form the meat into patties and place into the greased dish. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
In a blender add all the ingredients for the chipotle mayonnaise  and let it blend up. Place in a serving cup. You can use it to top the burgers and even dip in the fries.
