January 8th #WOD

Today was Day Two of Les Mills Combat, I am currently mixing it with the 21 Day Fix workout program. Who says a 30 minute workout can't be fun? Les Mills Combat before getting started with homework. College is back in session, but that does not mean I skip my workout. College is important, but so is my health. Be sure to take 30 minutes for yourself to get your workout in. You will not regret it. It is how I jumpstart my day, great energy booster.
