Ingredients for the Salad:
- 5 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 cups chicken breasts, cooked
Ingredients for Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt & pepper (OPTIONAL)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, toss the greens, blueberries, almonds, and chicken breast until well mixed.
- For the dressing: combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, blueberries, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
