Are you a pumpkin fan? It is that time of the year again. To celebrate the coming of Fall here is a healthy pumpkin muffin recipe that is healthy and will help you stay on track with nutrition. There is no guilt with this 21 Day Fix inspired recipe. I got this recipe from a 21 Day Fix recipe group.

What You Need-
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Shakeology OR chocolate Shakeology (both taste great)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions-
- Preheat over to 350 and prepare 12 muffin cups with lining muffin paper and coating with Pam or use silicone cups.
- Place eggs, pumpkin, banana, peanut butter and honey in blender and blend for 30 sec.
- Add Shakeology, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the batter among the 12 muffin cups
- Bake 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool.
**optional** you can add 5 dark chocolate chips to each muffin if you wanted to change the recipe! They taste great both ways , however I prefer without the chocolate chips.
