Ingredients:
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 1/3 cup grated apple
- 1/3 cup grated onion
- 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves
Instructions:
- Mix together all ingredients
- Loosely form into six burgers
- Heat skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, mist with cooking sorry.
- Place burgers in the pan and flatten out. Cook approximately 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with or without a bun.
