Sage & Apple Turkey Burgers




Prep: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 6 burgers

Ingredients:


  • 1 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup grated apple
  • 1/3 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves


Instructions:


  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Loosely form into six burgers
  3. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, mist with cooking sorry.
  4. Place burgers in the pan and flatten out. Cook approximately 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve with or without a bun.
