Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup egg whites OR 2 eggs
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup cranberries + an extra 1/3 cup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° Spray dish with cooking spray
- Mix sugar & butter together until blended
- Add bananas, milk, & eggs; mix well
- Add 1 cup flour & mix; than add remaining 1 cup flour until combined.
- Stir in cranberries
