Cranberry Banana Bread



Prep: 10 minutes
Bake: 25-30 minutes

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened 
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup egg whites OR 2 eggs
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup cranberries + an extra 1/3 cup


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Spray dish with cooking spray
  2. Mix sugar & butter together until blended
  3. Add bananas, milk, & eggs; mix well
  4. Add 1 cup flour & mix; than add remaining 1 cup flour until combined.
  5. Stir in cranberries
