Fit for the Holidays


Can you believe it the holidays are right around the corner? I know I can't believe it. Are the holidays a time when you struggle with working out daily, eating healthier and in proper portions? Do you dread getting up early to go to the gym? Are you looking to lose weight, or tone up before the holidays? If you answered Yes to any of these questions I would like to invite you to join my next challenge group.



This challenge group will kick off Monday, October 5th. My friends and I invite you to join us in the Fit for the Holidays P90 challenge. P90 is a new program from Tony Horton, the creator of P90X, X2, X3, and other fitness programs. This program can be done from the comfort of your own home in as little as 30 minutes. Who can't fit a 30 minute workout into their day.

The holidays can be a stressful time, but what if this year it was different? What if you committed to a program to help you get the results that you want to achieve? The only thing keeping you from reaching your health and fitness goals is YOU.

  1. Thanks for this post, it looks like it could be really inspiring as well as having some useful stuff in there. Although that gorgeous looking rice pudding with peaches probably isn't going to keep my fit- I think I could eat a whole pan of it to myself! I guess that means I'd better check out the work out sections.
