Chicken seasoning:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Spices: Italian seasoning, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup cranberries
Directions:
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Rinse and cut the fat off of the chicken breasts. Place in the baking dish and season with the chicken spice seasonings.
- Refrigerate the chicken for 30 minutes; this is a great time to get the oven preheated.
- Take the chicken out of the fridge and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes
- If desired, you can add the berries to the top of the chicken before baking.
