Ingredients:
- 12 fresh strawberries
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, room temperature or slightly softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
- Cut the stems off of the strawberries so the strawberry can sit cut side down.
- Cut an X from the tip of the strawberry down, be careful not to cut all of the way.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl with a hand mixer until it is nice and fluffy.
- Gently open each strawberry and pipe the filling inside using a pastry bag or a Ziploc bag with the tip cut off. Squeeze the cheesecake filling inside the strawberries.
- Top each strawberry with a blueberry. Chill for an hour and Serve!
