I was looking for a healthy fruit dip to make and serve with fresh fruit for Super Bowl weekend. Part of the journey in getting healthier is to eat fresh and less processed food which made it perfect to try a dip like this out. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple this was to make and it was delicious too.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup of pure honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl & stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon!
- Refrigerate for an hour to allow the fruit dip to set.
- Serve right away with the fruit of your choice.
