Ingredients:
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- red potatoes, quartered
- 1 can of tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can of beef broth
- 1 bag of frozen soup vegetables
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pound of ground beef, cooked and drained
Directions:
- Cut up red potatoes and place at the bottom of the crock pot
- Add in frozen mixed vegetables or canned veggies. I used a frozen soup vegetable medley from Harris Teeter. You can also add other vegetables that you or your family enjoy!!!
- Add in the can of tomatoes, broth, and stir to combine
- In a medium pan cook the hamburger til brown
- Add the meat to the crock pot and allow it to cook on low for 8 hours.
