Ingredients:
- red potatoes, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 14 oz turkey kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider
- 2 tbsp ground mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add the vegetable to and sausage to the slow cooker
- In a separate bowl mix the chicken broth, garlic, onion, vinegar and mustard
- Pour the mixture over the vegetables
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook on low 6-8 hours on low, or until potatoes are tender.
