21 Day Fix

The photo collage above makes me so proud of what I have achieved thanks to the 21 Day Fix, the portion control containers, meal plan, and having support and accountability from my coach and others who took the challenge with me. I thought the 21 Day Fix was going to be another one of those gimmicks that you hear about all of the time. You can lose so many pounds in this amount a time and ironically it NEVER happens. The good thing about the 21 Day Fix is that it was not a gimmick at all. If you do the workouts, eat from the meal plan/nutrition guide and stick with it you will see results. It takes hard work and dedication but it has been worth every bit of it for me. On the left in the photo collage is where I began the 21 Day Fix. I was completely unhealthy and was a size 3x. At this point I knew that I needed to make some SERIOUS lifestyle changes but had no clue where to begin. This is what really caught my attention with the 21 Day Fix. It promised a lifestyle change which is exactly what I needed. Today I am now a size 20 in jeans and an XL in tops. I feel healthy, and happy with who I am. Am I want to be? NO! But I know that with hard work and dedication that I will reach my health and fitness goals. I know that results are possible because I see the results.

Last month I joined with another coach in a 1 Day Fix fitness challenge. This was my first time attempting a Beachbody program since my surgery four months ago. While I was waiting for surgery I kept beating myself up for seeing all the results I had worked for go down the drain. I was not allowed to do Beachbody programs while I was injured so I stuck with swimming and played the wait game. Once I had given my body the time that it needed to recover I decided that it was time to get back on track. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror which I have not felt since around 2014. It is amazing how these feelings can come back.
With my first round of the 21 Day Fix it started off as a struggle. I enjoy a challenge and I was determined to see results and get back on track. The first week was the hardest but with the last two weeks I continued to see progress and results were being made which was absolutely thrilling. When I completed the Foxy Fitness Challenge I lost 8.5 inches and 3.5 pounds which was a huge improvement for me. I am one pound short of achieving my pre-surgery weigh in.

Is the 21 Day Fix right for me?

If you have been waiting for the right time to get started on working to get healthier, why wait? If you could lose 10 lbs and lose 8-10 inches would you take the risk on yourself? If so I would like to invite you to join my Post Fourth of July Fix. The challenge will kick off on July 11th. I will add you to a private group with others just like you who are ready to commit to making July their time to get results. Below is a sample fitness calendar that I will be using for the Post Fourth of July Fix.

My goal for this new round of the 21 Day Fix is to reach my pre-surgery weight. The numbers are not what I am worried about but it would make me feel successful to achieve this goal. The number on the scale doesn't show you how healthy you are; it can actually become an obsession. I use to be so obsessed with the scale and the number that it showed that I would limit what I was eating. I refuse to ever allow myself to allow the scale to make me feel like nothing again. I am on this journey to get healthier by combining fitness with nutrition in the proper portion sizes to get the results that I want to see. It is about being comfortable in my own skin and feeling comfortable with who God made me to be. If you are feeling like I was I would like to invite you to join me in a new round of the 21 Day Fix where you can begin to see the results that you have been hoping for.

HUGE NEWS this month the 21 Day Fix is on special...there is no better time than NOW to start working on getting healthier. If you are willing to do the work you to can get RESULTS.
