Pineapple Banana Bread

That moment when you  are going to try to make Pineapple Banana Bread and the recipe that you have cannot work because you don't have the ingredients. Thankfully, with the Internet nothing is impossible. Taste of Home saves the day with this recipe to try out; in hopes that it will be just as good as a recipe that my friend shared with me.



Ingredients:
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (8 0z.) pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups banana


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, and vanilla; add pineapple and bananas. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into the loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing pans to wire racks.
