One Pan Cranberry Balsamic Roasted Chicken




Chicken seasoning:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Spices: Italian seasoning, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt
For the glaze:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup cranberries
Directions:

  1. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Rinse and cut the fat off of the chicken breasts. Place in the baking dish and season with the chicken spice seasonings.
  2. Refrigerate the chicken for 30 minutes; this is a great time to get the oven preheated.
  3. Take the chicken out of the fridge and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes
  4. If desired, you can add the berries to the top of the chicken before baking.
