Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breasts

For this recipe I used the remaining filling from the stuffed portabello mushrooms 🍄 This is the first time I have made stuffed chicken breasts or my own spinach artichoke mixture. This dinner was a hit with my friends.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper
  • Seasonings:
  • Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, tumeric, curry powder. (You can use any seasonings that you like to season the chicken.)


Directions:

  1. Defrost the chicken breasts, season the chicken breasts to your liking. 
  2. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and place the seasoned chicken breasts into the dish. 
  3. Bake the chicken in the oven at 350° til the chicken is cooked, approximately 30 minutes
  4. Gently cut the chicken to make an opening to stuff the chicken with the spinach and artichoke mixture. 
  5. Place the stuffed chicken back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Take out & SERVE!!!
