Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl & whisk together
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil or butter
- Dip the bread into the egg mixture
- Place the bread in the skillet and brown each side.
- Top with maple syrup and serve with fresh fruit.
