Hawaiian Chicken

This is a simple meal for those busy days. Prep the meat the night before and begin cooking before you walk out the door and BOOM you will have dinner pretty much ready to go on the table. Who doesn't love slow cooker meals 😉

What you will need

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, himalayan sea salt, & Italian seasoning
Pineapple slices

Directions:

In a baking dish add the chicken and season with the spices, and top with BBQ sauce. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight to marinate the chicken.
Add chicken to the crock pot and drizzle more BBQ sauce over the top of the chicken (if desired) let it cook for 4-8 hours. In the final hour add the pineapple to the crock pot placing on the chicken. Cover and allow it to cook.
Serve with rice and a veggie of your choice. My friends and I used jasmine rice.
Enjoy!
