Sprinkle Pudding Cookies

One of my friends cannot eat chocolate 🙊 I know, how in the world can one live life without chocolate? 🍫 Nothing is worse than eating food that others cannot share in so I took to Pinterest for a simple dessert using mostly ingredients we had at the house. This recipe was pretty simple to make and I think my friends enjoyed them. So if you want a FUN recipe to try out with your friends or your family you have got to try this out. We also made an extra package of pudding to enjoy as a side.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter (12 tbsp)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg, plus one yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 (3.5-ounce packet) instant jello pudding mix
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside
  3. In a bowl, combine the butter and sugar and beat for about 2 minutes
  4. Add in the egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  5. Mix in the pudding mix for about 30 seconds
  6. Turn the mixer to low and add in the flour, mixing until combined.
  7. Add the sprinkles and mix until it is evenly incorporated.
  8. Place in scoops on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes
  9. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes.
