Crock Pot Kielbasa Bites

Okay, this recipe is going to make you cringe! At least some of my friends did!  Surprisingly the combination is not as bad as it might sound. This is a simple and fast dinner that can be made in the crock pot or in the oven for the nights when you just need something simple. I am big on simple meals as a college student and with a busy schedule simple is always better.

Ingredients:

• 2 packages of Hillshire Farm Beef Kielbasa
• 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
• 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning mix (dry)

Directions:

1. Slice the kielbasa links into round pieces (1/4" thick)
2. Place the meat into the crockpot
3. In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, dry ranch mix, and stir well.
4. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat and allow it to cook on low for 2.5 hours
