Stuffed Meatballs & Antipasto Salad

Last month I made meatball sliders and the recipe was a hit. This month I found a recipe that I wanted to try out which is stuffed meatballs. These meatballs are stuffed with mozzarella cheese and they work great as subs. I would highly recommend this recipe!


For this recipe you will need

2 lbs of ground beef
Seasonings: garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, thyme
1 can of tomato sauce
1/2 package of mozzarella cheese, cubed
Hoagie rolls

1️⃣ Add spices to the ground beef and stir to combine. 2️⃣ Cut 1/2 the mozzarella cheese into cubes. 3️⃣wrap the beef around the mozzarella cheese 4️⃣ pour the sauce into the baking dish 5️⃣ Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until fully cooked 6️⃣ drizzle with Italian cheese and allow to bake for another 5-10 minutes. 7️⃣ cut open hoagie rolls and stuff with the meatballs and cheese. 8️⃣ serve with a side antipasto salad and enjoy this delicious dinner 😋

Antipasto Side Salad

Spinach salad mix
Turkey pepperoni
Pepperoncini
Black olives
Italian dressing
Tomato

1️⃣ In a salad bowl add the spinach salad mix to the bowl. 2️⃣ Add in sliced olives, cherry tomatoes. 3️⃣ Place the turkey pepperoni and pepperoncini peppers around the salad. 4️⃣ Drizzle with Italian salad dressing & stir.
