Welcome to our Clean Eating Seven Day challenge. The goal for this challenge is to eat healthy and clean, we will start the challenge on August 17th and it will end on the 21st. This is a great way to kick off better habits and try new recipes or foods that you may not normally try. I have picked out some delicious healthy recipes to try out this week. Are you all ready?

Breakfast:

Berries & Cream English Muffin Sandwich
Spinach & Mushroom Frittata, yogurt & fruit
Blueberry French Toast, pair with egg white scramble w/ mushrooms & spinach (optional)

Greek chicken pita w/ side of fruit of your choice
Pineapple spinach salad
Buffalo Chicken lettuce wraps  w/ side fruit of your choice

Zucchini pizza boat with side salad
Chicken with red potatoes and asparagus
Tomato Basil Salmon w/ side zucchini and squash
