Turkey Broccoli Casserole


A real-life story I was originally planning to make stuffing to go with our turkey breast this weekend and then I saw this recipe on the back of the stuffing so a friend and I wrestled with the decision between making stuffing or trying out something new. Can you guess which one we tried?


You guessed it we decided to make this casserole and it was worth the risk too



Ingredients:
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups of diced cooked turkey
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) Food Lion Stuffing Mix, Turkey


Directions:
  1. Prepare the stuffing according to the box.
  2. Mix the soup and milk together and pour into a baking dish that is sprayed with cooking spray
  3. Layer the pan with the soup and milk mix, add the turkey, and layer the broccoli over the turkey
  4. Top with the prepared stuffing and place it in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 375°
